Single Student Services
When an individual student is struggling, we conduct a Functional Behavioral Assessment (FBA) to paint a clear picture of what is maintaining problem behavior, and how we can use research based methods to make a change. We will also participate in creating a Behavioral Intervention Plan (BIP) with the school team. We provide training and coaching to help carry out that plan successfully.
Classroom Coaching
This form of Professional Development happens right in the classrooms. Teachers are talented, and behavior is challenging. In our classroom consultation model, we coach teachers on how to use research based interventions to create positive classroom cultures. This service is available for any grade level, and supports both general education and special education teachers. We take pre and post data on class performance to show the success within the class.

Schools are struggling with student behavior more than ever before, and teacher burn out happens when educators don't have the right resources. Our Teach. Train. Thrive. Workshops are research based, full of strategies, and designed for teachers. A BCBA from our presenter team will present material developed by educators, helping your staff become more confident with behavior in the classroom.

I taught for 5 years in the classroom in an E/BD self contained setting. I absolutely love classrooms and being a teacher. I decided to get my BCBA because I felt that teachers deserved more support for the behavior the occurring in their rooms. I help teachers become more confident, and empower educators to have great classroom cultures.
I've successfully worked with many teachers who have happy classrooms full of engaged, organized, and respectful learners. My goal is to provide support so there are less teachers pulling their hair out over behavior, and more teachers thriving.
